Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Alif Universe LLC(“Alif Universe,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use our website and apps, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what a feature needs to work, we don’t sell personal data, and you can delete your data at any time.

What we collect on this website

• Waitlist and contact forms. Your email address (and name/message, if you contact us). Used only to respond to you and to send the product updates you asked for.
• Basic technical logs. Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, pages requested) kept briefly for security and reliability. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

What our apps collect

Each app collects only what its features require. For Aurent (coin scanner and marketplace):

• Camera images you choose to scan, processed to identify coins. Scans are not used to identify people and are not shared with advertisers.
• Account details (email, display name) if you create an account for collections and trading.
• Marketplace activity — listings, offers, purchases, reviews, and disputes — retained as needed to operate the marketplace safely and meet legal obligations.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal data.
• We don’t use your content to advertise to you elsewhere.
• We don’t collect data from your device in the background.

Payment information

Marketplace payments are handled by established payment processors. Card numbers never touch our servers.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account in-app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by emailing support@alifuniverse.comwith the subject “Delete my account.” Deletion removes your profile, collection, and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, completed transaction records).

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@alifuniverse.comand we’ll honor these requests regardless of jurisdiction where practical.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We’ll post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes to how apps handle data are also announced in-app.
